Issue #154 - Keyboard 'rdm6300' sometimes stop working

Added an extra while loop to catch any unexpected issues and re-initialize thread method, i.e.
- close UART and reopen it again (in case some reconfiguration happened in parallel on the command line)
- restart processing, in case an unexpected exception came up (like documented in issue #154)

I have this fix running now since days on my system, and I have already seen in the log that it fixed one more occurence of the issue in my system.
